BBC has a series called "Hunger to Learn" which I frankly am not very familiar with. Just a recent article caught my eye http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/8309410.stm
Besides the article being rather a filler, yet revealing how chaos helps to create by destroying, it is just utterly poorly written.
BBC informs us that this is not the first time school was destroyed. Another earthquake, in 1703, also destroyed it. They rebuilt it then, and nurtured generations of children over the following 300 years. Then came April's disaster.
It's like; I had sex in christmas 2005 and then RIGHT AFTER in midsummer 2008.
